• All products are supplied for research purposes only and are not intended for human consumption.
• Each peptide is guaranteed to meet a minimum purity of 99%, as verified by independent analysis.
• If laboratory analysis (conducted by an accredited third-party testing facility) confirms that the product received is less than 99% pure, you may be eligible for a full refund or replacement, at our discretion.
• Requests for refunds under this condition must be submitted with verifiable laboratory documentation within 7 days of receiving the product. - Damaged or Defective Products
• We take great care in packaging to ensure products arrive safely.
• If your order arrives with the vial cracked, broken, or leaking, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Clear photographic evidence of the damaged vial and packaging must be provided.
